Discovering Pilates: A Turning Point

Tiffany fell in love with Pilates the moment her core ‘lit’ up, her limbs ‘felt’ longer, stronger and aligned in synchronicity as the flow of movement ‘brought her body-back to life’

Mat Pilates - ‘the Pilates Method’ was the perfect compliment, a cross-training-method ‘esq’ MINDBODY modality to compliment and balance the high intensity, strength training she was doing. She fell in love with the mindful movement that was so challenging, efficient, effective, and gentle on her joints. She sweat. She shook. She craved more. The aches and pains from sports injuries decreased, while mobility, stability, strength and flexibility increased.

Tiffany began teaching Pilates at OSU in 2001 after becoming a certified Mat instructor. Eventually, after giving birth to her daughter, Tiffany completed a rigorous 500+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification with The Physical Mind Institute at Zoom Fitness and Pilates Studio in San Diego.
